Management Team

Arne Kruithof, President/CEO/Chief Pilot

Arne's first flights were in gliders at age 14 in Holland, but his experience in flight training began while he was growing up with parents who were both pilots and teachers. He started flying aircraft in his mid twenties, turboprops by age 26 and started the flight school in 1992 while flying for an international airline and on contract work for Fedex. His vision remains the same as it was in 1992: to train people to become the best pilots they can possibly be in a harmonious flight environment that models itself after the rest of the aviation industry. His commitment to flying, aircraft maintenance and flight training are apparent when you meet him--he is well versed in all areas. Arne recently became a U.S. citizen.

Rachel Davis, Business Manager

Rachel Davis has been with FFTC for over nine years, managing everything from accounting to aircraft scheduling and dispatch, admissions coordination (domestic and international) and FAA electronic testing. She is the primary TSA and SEVIS official for the school. When you meet her, you will immediately see that she drives the business both in setting policy and following through with student and customer needs. If you want something done, Rachel's group will see that it happens--it's that simple.

Mark Jordan, Chief of Maintenance

The focus and energy Mark Jordan brings to FFTC's aircraft maintenance comes from his superior background. He holds Airframe & Powerplant Inspection Authorization, an FCC Radio Telephone License. He is a Private pilot and plane owner. During his seven years of service in the U.S. Army (which included service in Desert Storm) he was an electronics technician and a sargeant. He was an avionics and aircraft technicians for six years with Airborne/DHL on large aircraft and holds Gold, Ruby and Diamond FAA Certificates. For Mark, aircraft maintenance isn't just about keeping planes in the air--it's about keeping them maintained to the highest of safety standards.
